At Waterdrop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your home water filtration system, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all filters, accessories, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
